[iOS] Landscape mode on iPhone

Hello folks!

Since we just released "Landscape Mode on Android" and we marked the idea as "implemented", we wanted it to be fair with iPhone users (half of the comments were supporting Android half iPhone) so we have created this idea just for you iPhone users!

We have also added half of the kudos to be entirely fair.

Give it some kudos if you want to see this implemented.

Shame on you, Spotify!
Do you deny any sense of responsibility for the security of your subscribers who use their iPhone except Spotify daily for navigation?
You are from the country that has built the safest cars for decades. Why have you been refusing to build a landscape navigation mode for iPhone users for years?
Is such a simple thing really not possible at a subscription price of € 10 a month?

I guess it’s a means to ‘motivate’ the staff at Spotify. If you do not perform you will be the one making landscape mode and you will looking like the donkey as everybody in the staff is looking for the ‘challenge’ in their job..

Desperately need this for using your app on my iPhone 7 Plus in my car. It is unsafe to stare at my phone sideways while on the road, as it sits in landscape mode while in its hands free windshield mount. Please add this simple feature that I have already enjoyed on my previous android phones.

That's it. I'm going back to Apple Music when the Homepod comes out. As many, may others in this thread I use my iPhone in the car for various applications - navigation, monitor for back-up cam, streaming radio, streaming music and handsfree phone (Siri) - all of it possible and even preferable in Landscape mode. Except, of course, Spotify. Android has it. I wonder if they are paid by Google to maintain this difference between the user interfaces?
