Please note: This idea only applies to Spotify client version 0.8.8+   I will admit this is partly my idea, but it has also been pointed out many times on the "Horrible Update" summarized nicely by Premify here.   I would really like the ability to view all of my playlist followers and I am sure I am not the only one. What I am suggesting is a simple system, where you could press on the "# Followers" section of the playlist Window:     I would suggest it would either give you a drop down of all the followers or even better (in my opinion), a redirect to another page with all the followers on it similar to the Following/Followers tab in the Follow page of the client.   Please add your kudos and any comments here! Hello there! I know this idea has been brought up before, but all those ideas were several years ago by now, and I couldn't find a recent discussion about this. Imagine having "rooms" within Spotify, where you can listen together, simultaneously , to the same track with everybody else in the room, no matter where in the world they are, and no matter what device they're using. You can step up and join the DJ queue, and all DJs in the room play one track, one after another. The friend feed on the right side turns into a chatbox, and you can communicate and talk about music while listening to the same tracks. Think tuntable.fm, plug.dj, jqbx.fm, ... but right inside Spotify! Check out this Medium article by Austin Condiff I found today, detailing this concept (following mockup taken from that article).  I've been hoping to have some social aspect like this within Spotify, and I think this would enrich the community even further. You could create rooms based on genres or moods, and enjoy music together with friends and strangers alike. With the reemergance of layered/3D/8D/headphones only audio videos on youtube, I would love to see an option like that become available for Spotify. Please implement bookmarks for audio books. ________________________ There was an idea for bookmarks in audio books. I feel like the maximum amount of songs allowed in one playlist, and subsequently in "Songs" playlist under the new "Collections" feature, should be more than 10,000.   Quite frankly it should be unlimited.    We are paying for a service but limited on how many songs we are able to save? That is absurd to me.   I recently started saving all of my albums into "Collections" and got stuck at about 1/4 of the way through - 10,000 songs has been reached and I am no longer able to save any more albums.   PLEASE INCREASE MAX NUMBER OF SONGS IN COLLECTION FEATURE!!! Hey everyone,   With the new UI for the Your Library rolling it there's something missing that the Free tier currently has. If you tap the Stop sign for a song there's no way to find that song and it won't even play if you did that while on the Free version and upgraded to Premium without un-hiding it first.   As you can see there's a folder for that on the Free tier It also has 2 sections, one for songs and one for artists so you can keep track of those While this is on Premium   Thanks :) ... I know this is probably out there somewhere already, but I find it quite frustrating that I was assigned a "username" of lots of numbers when my account was created.  It makes it hard for people to find me, as I can't remember my username, let alone try to get them to.  Can we please make it an option to change our username?  Even if there is a once-a-year change or something...that would be such a helpful thing! ... Hi Spotify,    I think it would be really neat to connect Fitbit and Spotify. That way, when I am listening to an audiobook, or anything, on Spotify as I'm going to sleep, there will be a note of where I was in my audiobook when I fell asleep. I know Fitbit doesn't track sleep under an hour but it will tell you what time you went to sleep once you sleep for more than an hour. So while it would be most ideal for the audiobook/music to stop playing as soon you fall asleep, the way that Fitbit works, the next best thing would be to note what time in a track I was in so I don't have to search what I last remember hearing of the story.   Also if I could look at my Fitbit to see what song is playing that would be cool.     ... You guys finally listened and implemented a sort-of lyrics system on Android now, Genius' "Behind the Lyrics" (BTL). Now, BTL sometimes shows lyrics, and sometimes shows Genius' explanations for why the lyrics that are being sung that moment are written. So the app can display the lyrics at the proper times already. Genius also already has the full lyrics to most songs in their database. Let us toggle it so it doesn't switch to the explanations. Just the lyrics. I like the explanations, don't get me wrong, but sometimes I want to see what they hear at a specific time, if I can't understand them the explanation won't help me. ... View more
