How to remove and stop past podcasts from being recommended

Last year I was searching for some podcasts of specific interest but after giving a couple shows a try and not liking what I found I gave up and moved on. Now both of these podcasts are not only looming in my "Your Shows" despite having never followed them in the first place I am also getting notifications when new episodes are posted. I'm not following either, I never clicked like, and I'm sick of seeing them every time I open the app I pay for. How do you remove or block these shows so I never have to see them again?

That doesn't work. It stops suggesting that one episode, but pushes everything else they come out with just as hard.

When I follow these instructions and tap the three dots (on iPad or iMac desktop or iPhone)  I don't see either the Not Interested tab or the Remove download tab. Any suggestions for cleaning up my Podcast list gratefully received. Thanks, Gavin

I first couldn’t find it either, but then did: Go to Home in the app, then select Podcasts and then scroll to find the Podcasts that is stalking you and your want to get rid of; there select the three dots where you WILL find the Not interested option!

I don't see a gear icon, nor an option anywhere to mark all as listened. This issue (inability to control what's recommended) is one of the main reasons I cancelled my premium subscription.

So Spotify, I have been using your app for over a year and your tech or AI should pick up what types of songs I like but you keep suggesting offensive stuff to me. Eg. As a Christian, I have been listening to gospel songs and the word of God from apostles, pastors, and Christian speakers so what makes you think I want to listen to a witch podcast or anything to do with dark powers or something that doesn't align with my beliefs. 

Why????!!!!!!! Suggest or force adverts that don't align with my beliefs. This is ridiculous and I want a change!!! 

Invest in your tech and give me what I like, don't suggest nasty disgusting stuff that does not align with my beliefs. Seriously!!!! Y do I have to tolerate**bleep** you send me in the name of advertising and suggestions? Stop it. I wish the was an inbuilt station where I can communicate with an agent like the Shein app and relay my disturbance so something can be done about it. Just because I'm using your app doesn't give you the right to suggest things that don't align with me
