Add/ Edit for Family & Duo members does not work

Hey folks!

We’ve been receiving reports that there is a total black screen for plan managers when they access the 'Manage Members' tab from the 'Account Overview' page.

Hey folks,

 

This should now be fixed for everyone!

 

If you're still having trouble, make sure you're entering the exact same address as the plan manager has entered on their Family page, or post a new thread in the relevant help board here.

In addition to the above, we hope you don't mind us replying in English as it's the official language of the forum.

 

If you're receiving an error message, make sure you're entering your full address, including your street number, post number, civic number (if applicable), etc. during the plan setup.

 

In case you can’t find your specific address, you should try the building number, street name, or a close public space or building instead.

 

If anything else comes up, the Community will be here.

Tengo el mismo problema y sin importar la dirección que escriba me aparece el mismo error..

al querer poner la dirección para configurar el plan dúo cuando escribo mi dirección me aparece Se produjo un error técnico. Inténtalo de nuevo más tarde” si a alguien le a pasado lo mismo y lo ha podido solucionar le agradecería que me ayude, gracias

hola no me deja poner la direccion de la cuenta familiar, me tira errror, pague hace poco la cuenta y por eso no puedo agragar mas miembros

Me pasa lo mismo tengo un plan familiar solo pudieron ingresar  2 personas y a las otras 3 les sale error técnico y estan colocando la dirección correcta que solución nos pueden dar
