Add/ Edit for Family & Duo members does not work

Hey folks!

We’ve been receiving reports that there is a total black screen for plan managers when they access the 'Manage Members' tab from the 'Account Overview' page.

Hey folks,

 

This should now be fixed for everyone!

 

If you're still having trouble, make sure you're entering the exact same address as the plan manager has entered on their Family page, or post a new thread in the relevant help board here.

Tengo el mismo error, para nada compré el plan dúo, me sale error técnico para poner la dirección

Tengo el plan Duo, cuando quiero agregar a la otra persona o colocar mi dirección directamente no me sale nada. Se pone **bleep** y no puedo hacer nada. El mes pasado tenía el individual y quise cambiarlo al Duo, igual me salía que ocurrió un error. Ahora no puedo hacer nada :))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

My Question or Issue


How can I manage my family plan, I tried different devices with different browsers but Spotify can't seem to render the form for me to manage and invite members to my plan. I am very sure that I am the plan holder. 

See attachments, it only shows a blank page.

Hey folks,

 

Looks like this issue is making a comeback. If you’re seeing any error messages when trying to join a Premium Duo/Family plan, please share them here and make sure to click +VOTE and Subscribe to the thread to be notified of any developments.

 

In the meantime, you can ask the Premium Duo/Family owner to update their address to a more specific one (including post number, civic number, etc).

 anyone else receiving this error?  Would love to know when it is fixed so I can get it setup.  Cannot get past this page.  Have tried it in my browser, desktop app and mobile app and have tried reinstalling the apps, but still receive error.

so i setup the family account last year and put in the address but now when trying to add a new account the address is not working even when i put the exact same as the one in my account and yes , i have tried all the keywords and all that but its still not working
