Users can't view theirs or other folks profiles

Hey everyone,

We've received reports that folks are unable to see their or other customer's profiles. This is happening on all platforms.

An error is "Couldn't find that page, Search for something else?"  is shown whenever a user visit anyone's profile.

This is currently being investigated.

Same problem here, im using xiaomi 11 lite, MIUI 14.0.8! I cant view mine or anyone elses profile. It just shows "try again" all the time. I have tried re-installing the app, making a new account (doesnt work in that account too) and clearing my cache. I use family premium, run by my father. Also trying a different wifi doesnt work. I'm gonna try logging in with my tablet and see if its gonna work there.

Connection et écoute possible via android mais impossible d’avoir accès à mon profil où celui de mes contacts: une erreur s’est produite réessayer.

Tentatives de solution infructueuses:

-déconnection/reconnection compte

-vider cash

-maj appli

-maj android

-redémarrage téléphone

-désinstaller/ré-installer appli

Bug persistant.

I use spotify desktop app. I can play song but I can not view any person's profile which include my profile.

I've tried logging in and out. I've tried every profile. Opening artist's profiles work fine. I have also tried several devices.
