[iOS] Playlists appears empty

We're seeing reports that some users are unable to see songs in playlists - both on their own playlists and in Spotify-curated playlists.

This seems to be affecting iOS mobile devices only.

Hey everyone,

Thanks for your patience while this was being looked into!

We have good news from our teams - the issues with playlists appearing empty on iOS should now be fixed! We're also happy to see more confirmations from you that things are working after trying the workaround with changing language settings.

Should you experience an issue with similar symptoms on Android, make sure to check this thread for more details, as we'll be locking this iOS related thread.

Cheers 🙂

Hi, first of all, thank you for your reply! From the phone settings there
is only Italian language, from Spotify settings there was “system default”
language and now I put Italian. However,
other languages also continue to remain in the options that I don't know how remove them.
Unfortunately, Spotify is still not working.

I have copied and pasted from someone else’s reply, did you have anything like this in your phone settings:

Under preferred Languages make sure it doesn't have a random name in addition to your preferred language.

If you go to settings, language and region on your phone click on the language that is an anomaly there and delete it and your music will come back
