When you clear Spotify's cache, will that affect the data that is later received by Spotify to pay artists? .. Thank you for your help!

Hope you're doing great!
If you clear the cache you'll just remove the temporary files Spotify has stored on your device. Nothing will affect them, just that if you have a slow network connection and the quality is set to high levels then it might take some few seconds for the song to load (only if you have a real weak connection otherwise everything should be fine).
