Insufficient Priveleges?

I was trying to separate two artists with the same name on Spotify, but as I clicked the link provided to do so, there was a box that appeared saying "Access Denied. You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action." Does anyone else have this problem? Or is this a bug?
