Adding Local Files

Can someone help me load local files from my computer to my iPhone?  I am having the hardest time. I’ve googled the heck out of it and can’t figure it out. Help, please.

Have you checked out this help article? You'll find both steps on how to add, requirements, and some troubleshooting. 

More importantly, make sure that:

• You're logged in to the same account on both your desktop and your mobile or tablet.
• Your devices are connected to the same WiFi network.
• You have the latest version of the Spotify app installed (on both devices).
• Your device's firmware is up-to-date. 

If it doesn't help, let us know what happens and we'll take a closer look. A screenshot would be helpful here.
