In this case, could you send us the make/model, OS version and Spotify version installed on the device that's having this issue? Additionally, tell us if it happens with any podcast episode you download.
Lastly, we suggest reinstalling the app on your device (you'll need to download your tunes again). Once this process is completed, restart it before launching Spotify and let us know if the issue persists.
