My Question or Issue

My audiobook top up hours were wasted when my audiobook was left playing while I was away. I was listening to the book before bed and fell asleep while it played for multiple hours. Now I have to go back to where I left off, however, my hours I used while I was asleep are gone. I propose, the time log allow you to replay what you have already listened to without counting it against your time used. This would alleviate the issue I am having. There is no recourse to get the time lost back in its current state. 

 

Alternatively it would be nice if you were allowed one full audiobook per month. Currently you are allowed 15 hours of listening per month. It is disheartening as a customer to be told you aren't able to finish your book this month because you have used up all of your alloted hours. While it may be possible to purchase top up hours. These are more expensive than the spotify membership itself. In its current state it does not leave the customer feeling happy about the service.

I had the very same issue. My allotted time restarted this month, but Spotify somehow kept going - even after I "Closed All" on my Android device. (which always worked to stop it in the past) but it played on until the end of the audiobook I purchased. Now half my hours for this month are gone. Very frustrating. I like the idea of allowing users to re-listen without incurring hours used!
