Can't Streaming HI RES to Bluesound or sonos?

As premium paid user , why aren't I allowed to stream hi Rea or extreme quality that i have paid for to my Bluesound and Sonos music player ? Very annoyed . Please help else i will have cancel my membership and join TIDAL INSTEAD!!

How do I remove familymember. The crappy FAQonly describes how to add members even though the heading is "remove family member". Streaming qualitu sux as well even on highest possible. I am looking for a good lossless provider, any sugestions?
