Can't log into Spotify using my account, because it tells me that it's linked to another PSN account

Hello,

I have been trying to log into my Spotify account with my PS4 for a while now, and I always get an error saying that my account is already linked to another PSN account. The problem is that I do not remember the email of the account which is linked to my Spotify, nor do I remember the online nickname or the password for it. Therefore, I have absolutely no way of accessing said account, which makes it impossible for me to unlink it from Spotify. 

I have tried contacting PlayStation's support to ask them about this, but they were able to provide me with no solution, and told me to contact Spotify instead. Isn't there any way possible to just unlink my account without having to access the PSN account I don't even remember anymore?
