I dont know what happened... 3 days ago i logged in spotify and suddenly i had NO PLAYLISTS! i have a party today and i need my music urgently... 

PD: my premium tyme expired but somehow i have like 5 "premmium test" days... do i have to pay again to have my playlists back? 😧 please help me! my account is: 12159521288

It looks like your account has been accidentaly duplicated. You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 


If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
