Differentiate between our own playlists and the ones we follow

I suggested this before, but nothing happened yet. It's such a minor change, but would improve Spotify alot.

I've split mine into playlist folders so I can tell the difference that way.

I've split mine into separate folders as well, but I have noticed that on desktop version if I follownanfreiend's playlist, it says "Title of Playlist by Person's Name." I find this extremely helpful. I still keep friends' list separate from my own but mainly because I have so many. It's an organization thing for me.
