Glitch with today's Heardle (22/09/23 — spoilers!)

Heardle doesn't seem to offer any contact links, so I'm not sure where to put this, sorry!

Today's Heardle (Nirvana, Come as you are) is apparently the 'remastered' version, but this version isn't available as an option. None of the four Nirvana options work, so today's game is unwinnable 😭 (attached a photo showing there's only one available version of the song!)

I came here to say the same thing. I even added the answer twice to see if it would work (didn’t realise it was the remastered issue). My stats are already all messed up anyways as after coming back from holiday last week in lanzarote (where heardle is not available since Spotify took over?) all my old stats disappeared so it looks like I’ve only been doing it a few days already. It’s not a cookies issue as all my data on other sites remains.

Hello!!! I had the same issue as well. Even guessed songs that I KNEW wasn't it (e.g. Smells Like Teen Spirit).

My question is when and how will this be rectified?

Same happened to me I reached out on my Spotify account and messaged support. They said my feedback will be sent to management and then just reference me here to the Spotify community page but didn’t make it clear on when or how they will be rectifying this anytime soon

They fixed it later on, but no public apology or anything, of course.

This is resolved (I mean, as much as it can be lol) but a quick bit of feedback for Spotfiy — removing the thirty second preview after getting the question right sucks and feels like a gross corporate decision that takes away from an otherwise fun game 😵‍💫 (especially when the original used to occasionally let you listen to the full song if the rights were available)!
