I want to make a copy of a playlist and tweak it to my specific tastes but I don't know how to on the web player. Can someone help me?

I don't think that it's possible to do that in the Web Player.
You should be able to do it in the desktop app 🙂 https://spotify.com/download

Oh, alright! Guess I'll have to wait until I have access to my computer(I'm writing this on a Chromebook) then lol.
In 2020 web player right click on playlist title, select copy playlist link.

I'm just jumping in to clarify how you can make a copy of a playlist 🙂
In the Desktop app, click Ctrl - A within the playlist you want to copy to select all the tracks. Next, right click and Add to playlist should appear. You can add them to an existing playlist, or create a new one.
