How to remove a currently playing song from the playlist?

I have a playlist with 500+ songs. When I am listening to the playlist, sometimes I hit a song I don't like and want to remove it from the playlist. However, I cannot find any easy way to do this, in the web player or in any of the iOS or Android apps. How am I supposed to remove this song? I can't just scroll through my playlist, there are 500+ songs and it takes several minutes and tons of scrolling to get through it. I don't want to have to manually search for the song; its already playing, I have the song right there in front of me, it seems ridiculous to have to re-find the song I am already playing.

Am I missing something? How are you supposed to remove currently playing songs from the playlist you're playing?
