Just to make sure we're on the same page, have you uploaded a video to your Artist profile? Or perhaps to a Spotify for Creators account?

 

Should that be the case, you might find this article about adding a canvas helpful, or this article about publishing videos on podcasts. You can also check in with our artist support team or Spotify for Creators team, should you have any other questions on this, as they have the best tools to help further in this case.

 

If you're experiencing a different issue with the Spotify app, however, it would be great if you can send us more details on what's happening from your end. Feel free to include as many details as possible, and we'll see what we can suggest. Just make sure to not post any personal info.
