Impact of favouring/removing songs in Your Daily Mix

Hi! What is the exact impact of favouring/removing a song in Your Daily Mix? I am wondering if I favour or remove a song in my Daily Mix 1, will this also impact it in my other 5 Daily Mixes?

In addition, how come if I favour/remove a song in my Spotify client at home, it seems to have no impact on my Your Daily Mixes I see when I use my Spotify client at my work pc?
