Integration between BMW OS and Spotify

Hello!

When I connect my iPhone 6 (also tried with iPhone 5s and 5) to my BMW over Bluetooth it only shows the first song playing and its album cover. But all other songs after the first one is then named the same (ex, if the first one is "BlablaArtist", "exampleSong" then all other songs after will be "BlablaArtist",  "exampleSong"). I did not have this issue on my android device.

This is really frustrating so I decided to test it with Apple Music and it worked like a charm! Why isn't this possible with Spotify? It's only possible when I connect it with a  USB cable but then again sometimes that doesn't work either. I have tried this on both the BMW X5 model and the X1. I do the think it has something to do with the integration between Spotify and the BMW OS.

I would really appreciate a fix for this! 

PS. the OS is updated to the latest version in both cars and so is the Spotify app on the phones.
