Is Spotify Hifi (CD quality streaming) going to be available via PS5 and smart TVs?

My Question or Issue

Is Spotify Hifi (CD quality streaming) going to be available via PS4/5 and smart TVs? I use Spotify all the time via my PS4 for casual listening. However, I have a high end HiFi set up and want to know if the new Spotify Hifi will be able to be sourced from my PS4/5 and TV? If not, I would have to invest in a streamer or my iPhone (with DAC). Prefer to source from TV if CD quality will be available.
