Is a personal site a freemium model for upsells?

I want to build a personal site for freelancing and I would like to use the Spotify API to play songs of one of my playlists when the users are visiting my web page. I don't plan to ask for a fee but eventually I will get some money from clients.

When I go to the "Create App Dashboard" I get asked that if I will monetize the app in some way and because of this I'm not sure what to choose.

Maybe I can help here! Since the app itself - the app that's using the Spotify API - won't be monetised per what you said, you should be good to say no to that question!

By the way, Spotify has some developer orientated Support that might be able to help more than the Community in some cases! Check them out at: https://developer.spotify.com/support/ 🙂

After thinking for a while I got into the same conclusion and your reponse double check what I got with. 

Sorry for posting this question here. I first asked the same question in StackOverflow as that guide shows but in the first minute, without any dramas, I got 3 downvotes because StackOverflow is not a site for legal advice. Since there's not a "Developers Forum" I had no more choice than to post it here.
