Issue with premium in different location

My Question or Issue


I am subscribing premium with Singtel buy-in option (in SG) and am currently in Korea.  My user name:

but somehow all of sudden the account was log out and after log in, it seems like I am not able to use premium and my webplayer location has been changed to Korea, asking me to sign up for the premium, unable to change the location to Singapore. 


Could you please look into it? Thank you!

Sounds like the security on your account might have been breached. It's best to follow the steps in this Spotify article to regain access. If you still can't change the location on your account it's best to reach out to our customer support team by clicking on the "Lost Anything" section in the article and following up with the contact form. They can have a look at your account and see what exactly is happening.
