Issues with Spotify on PS4

My Question or Issue

I have loved Spotify on PS4 since it came out and I’ve never had huge issues with it until now. My Spotify seems to keep downloading but I don’t have any notification of it loading. It just says it’s loading when I search for it in my library. If I go to the PS store it thinks it’s on my PS4 already. I also don’t have an option to stop the download or delete the app. Help please.
