Just can't seem to make my playlists public

The only playlist that is public is this "starred" one. Has four songs on it.

Ihave created my real playlist for years, over 500 songs. This whole time I thought it was public. It's not. 

PLEASE help.

This is very frustrating.

To get you right: You tried right-clicking on the playlist in the sidebar, selected "make public" and it didn't work?

i did and nothing. all that people can view under my Casey M. Felago profile is this starred playlist that has four songs on (that i don't even remember creating).

Same issue here... I toggle it to public, and next time i open the app it's set to private again. And others can't see my starred playlist. Anyone?
