[LG Smart TV] Spotify Stuck at welcome screen

Hi guys, 

i use LG 49LK5700PWA to listen Spotify, it was work well till last week,  the app will stuck at welcome screen.

My Question or Issue

i tried to reinstall the app and reset the TV to default setting and reinstall again, it didn’t work.

reset your spotify cache and data settings on your device and on the tv, maybe that will help, also try updating both softwares to latest update!
