Last.fm doesn't scrobble local files on windows

My Question or Issue

 Spotify does not scroblle local files (nly local) on windows. It works on android for me (after updating, before it posed a similiar problem) but still does not scroblle on windows 10.

Ideas?

No, it still doesn't work for me. Forgot to mention - I have the latest spotify windows client: 1.0.82.

See this related official Last.fm announcement on Get Satisfaction from yesterday. 
Besides scrobbling local files now private sessions also work, i.e. they will not scrobble on purpose. Furthermore duplicated scrobbles should not happen as often anymore.
