My discover weekly playlist keeps coming up with the sames songs

My Question or Issue

Hey, I've had spotify prenium for about four years now and I really enjoy the "discover weekly" playlist. It had become a ritual to listen to it while going to work on Monday morning and saving some of the songs.
But for about a year and a half now, quality has been degrading, I started getting more and more often the same songs (which were great at the begining) that I now start to hate because of listening to them too often or that I just know now ("Discover weekly", right?). My tastes in music do evolve but I don't hear any difference in the playlist, not that many new things...

What can I do about it? Is there a way the get more fitted recomandations? Should I just keep downvoting the songs when they start playing?

This is kinda deteriorating the experience... (having to take my phone out, unlocking it and downvoting every couple of songs)
