Next episode of podcast not autoplaying

I noticed that within the last 12ish hours that the next episode of a podcast that I'm listening to isn't automatically playing. This is happening both on the mobile app and PC app. When an episode finishes, I have to manually go and select the next episode I wish to play. The "Now Playing" window also keeps popping up on the PC app, no matter how much I dismiss it.
Pressing the Next button just stops the podcast without going to the next episode too.

It was working fine earlier, with none of these issues occurring.

Are you able to reproduce this using a different account on the same devices?

What is the Spotify version and the brand/model/operating system of the devices you are currently using?
