Hello,
I have the problem that I can no longer comment on podcasts. A friend has the same problem.
As a test, I created a new account. There, I get a comment field displayed for the same podcast, same episode.
Tested each time in the Android app. According to the info, each is version 8.9.62.566.

Since the same podcast works on another account, it's most likely something on your main account causing the comments to be unavailable. This and other features can vary between countries, so check if maybe your main account was erroneously set to a different country. If necessary, you can update it and then it should work again.

My Question or Issue
I can't leave comments on Podcasts anymore. I had the ability to a couple months ago, June/July, but no longer have the Leave Comment field under Podcast episodes. I have reached out to a larger creator and he indeed does have comments enabled, and sent me a screenshot of where to do it at but that space on my app is just black. I haven't been able to find anyone else having this issue and the only articles about comment issues seem to be for creators dated mid July.
The files I've attached show the screen shot from the creator I emailed with the comment section available, and a screenshot of my screen showing I do not have that field.
 
				 
				I ALSO have this problem. I'm on a Duo plan, my wife's account can comment but after about a month ago, mine cannot.
That's kind of a cop out answer. You'd think there'd be a little better customer support, but that's millennials for ya, if the solution isn't on a wiki page in front of them, they're useless.

I‘m on a family plan so I asked the admin to check if she has an option somewhere to turn the comment section on or off but nothing…

I can't see any comments on podcasts on Spotify and I can't comment on anything. My friends can do it on the same podcast and have no problems. No matter which premium version they use. Is there a solution for this? (Just for info, I am the account owner)
Same here, no comments available. Pods I listen to always reference Spotify comments and I thought I was going crazy not being able to find them. HELPPPP I want to comment!

Creators have the option to enable comments for their show/specific episodes, so if you don't see them on your end, it's possible that they haven't enabled them yet. That being said, note that the feature may not be available in some regions at the moment, but we appreciate your feedback on the topic, as it may ultimately end up paving the way for our broader user experience.
In any case, it's worth checking if this isn't caused by a temporary technical issue by trying out the troubleshooting steps below:

I'm using the Android App and my windows PC but it seems that there is no option to make podcast comments. Even though the podcaster is responding to other people's comments. 
Is this a function that you have to turn on or something that might prevent a user from making podcast comments?

At Spotify, we're often testing new features and improvements, that's why you may have something in the app that other users don't or vice versa, or have a feature to try temporarily. We're excited to bring podcasts comments to everyone, so if you don't have it yet, stay tuned and you should have them soon.
If you're really eager to have them right away, a possible solution is to make a new account and if the comments work there, keep using that instead. You can then transfer your content as shown here. We understand that it will take time and effort to setup a new account, so it's up to you if you want to go through with this.
