My Question or Issue

the account is working visibly as normal , no sound is being produced on any device. Please advise??

Thanks for posting this thread! We'll need to gather some details in order to investigate the situation together.

 

Firstly, did you notice when this behavior started and if it was something specific such as an update for example? It'd be great if you could also share if you've tried any troubleshooting steps so far, such as a clean reinstall which often helps resolve different issues.

 

Is any of you using an external device via Bluetooth or Spotify Connect when this happens? Does the issue persist in the app, as well as in the Web Player? The more info, the better.
