No puedo activar el Pin de mi tarjeta premium

Me dice código inválido. Cómo puedo saber si la tarjeta la activaron en caja cuando la compré? Cómo puedo solucionar y acceder al servicio?

Sometimes you may type in the wrong characters because a zero may seem like a capital ‘O’, or a capital ‘I’ may look like a one.
After 4 incorrect attempts, you’ll get an error message. If you do, you can try again after 24 hours.
