PlayStation App not working properly for weeks

PlayStation App not working properly for weeks

I’m being forced to sign in and pair on the PlayStation every time I boot up the system. They are on the same network. I’ve updated my system and the app on my phone and PlayStation.

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

 

Could you let us know what exactly happens when you try opening the app on your PlayStation? Also, sending us a photo of what you see on your end would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.


On another note, would you mind asking a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your PlayStation to check if the same happens with a different account?
