Playlist Reorder

I've created a playlist where I dumped songs into it with the intent to reorder it later, but now when I go in to set the order for songs I cannot move any of them.  Is this really not a feature or am I just missing something?  I can't do it on the spotify web player or on my android phone.

Take a look at this article, to see how you can rearrange tracks 

Just be sure all your sorting options (like artist, song) are turned off (without green arrows) > Should look like in the screenshot : ) 

For Android and Web Player it's not possible yet, but there are live ideas which suggesting this, you can leave your votes and comments in support there : )

What about with the new update?  It doesn't look like that anymore and is somehow less intuitive
