Playlists for my small brand

How can I create a playlist for my small brand? Should I simply do it under my personal account or can do this under an account for the brand? Let me know - I haven't been able to find clarity about this on your pages. Thank you.

We tried to create one, but without a Facebook page (It's a business page and can't be linked to Spotify), we can't get it to go live.  I really wish this was possible as I believe we would easily drive more listeners to Spotify - a win for them.  I still cannot get them to answer any of my requests.
