Playstation 4 Pro Frustration and Problem

PlayStation 4 Pro fully updated to latest system updates, etc.

I have had to completely delete/logout of all Spotify and re-load it all 3x now. 

The problem is that between gaming sessions (not always) Spotify will spontaneously stop working at all. In the quick menu if I try to play music, all I get is the PlayStation symbols spinning forever. If I try to open the actual app, it takes FOREVER and then throws a huge cryptic hex error message.

When it works, I love it!! NOT going premium if this is "just how it is".

Thoughts anyone? Does Spotify Support Team read these threads?

Thanks for posting about this here in the Community!

If possible, we'd recommend giving it a try using a different internet connection to see if that helps things. If you haven't already, you can also log out and then reinstall the app. 

@VizslaGuy - We hope you don’t mind us replying now as we just stumbled upon this thread. Just to confirm, are you still experiencing this?
