Don't worry, if you want Premium again, you can subscribe via Spotify directly or purchase gift cards.

How do we change from Ps4 to just add a credit card? My app nor the spotify.com/premium shows me any place to change my subscription type. It just gives me the 3 options but when I click Premium it just says my partners dont allow me to use this and gives me no options to change it.

You'll need to wait for your account to revert to free or you can contact Sony to have the subscription terminated immediately.
