My Question or Issue

Desde hace un tiempo hay un podcast que no carga, los demás podcast se reproducen sin problemas pero uno se queda como cargando y no termina de funcionar.

Can you send us a link to the podcast so we can check on our end? It'd also be great if you can share a bit more information so we can look into this more thoroughly:

• Does this only happen in the mobile app or the desktop one as well? It's also worth testing in the Web Player.
• Is it an audio or a video podcast and are the episodes greyed out or are you able to play them, but they just don't load?
• Can you ask a friend or a relative to log in their own account on your device and try to play it?

It might be a good idea to give a different internet connection a shot just to rule out any connectivity issues, as well as performing a clean reinstall of the app to make sure any damaged cache is removed.
