Podcast not playing

For a few days, i've had a problem with episodes of one podcast not playing. It happened when i wanted to start another episode after listening to one. I can normally see them but they won't load. If i try playing an episode on the website, it just shows that spotify cannot play it right now. But if i play it on my phone, it loads endlessly. I also am not able to download any episodes from that particular podcast. I tried reinstalling the app, logging in again, i cleared cache or switched to mobile data instead of wifi. Nothing seems to work though. I don't have those difficulties with all the other podcasts.

Which podcast is it that has this issue? Please send us the link or URI to it so we can have a look. In the meantime, could you try logging in on your devices with a different account and checking if the same issue occurs? This will help us narrow down a possible cause for this.
