My Question or Issue

 

I have tried to play "Lewis Black's Rantcast" multiple times over the past month or so.  I have tried multiple devices (specifically Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 (app) and Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (Win11, app), I have tried at various times of day and I have tried different episodes.  They appear fine, but never start playing.  All other streams work fine.  This "channel" has never worked, meaning I've never had an episode start playing.  Any ideas?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us the Spotify version you have running on both of the affected devices?

 

On another note, is this happening if you open a different account on the affected devices? You can ask for the account of a relative or a friend to open their account on your devices and check.

 

Lastly, just to confirm, is this happening when you use the app while connected to a Bluetooth device or using Connect with a speaker, or does it happen no matter where the playback is coming from? Has the app always been behaving like this or does it start to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? Please send us the details about it.
