Podcasts Notifications problems

Hello Spotify community, I write because I have a problem and I haven't found a solution yet. The thing is that the podcast notifications for new episodes keep popping up even though I have the notifications turned off, besides that I don't follow any of these programs anymore, why do I keep getting the notifications with the blue dot?

The suggestions displayed on your start screen are based not just in your likes, but your listening history and market as well. However, we don't  have an option to personalize the home screen, or delete those suggestions currently. If you want to show your support for that feature, feel free to add your vote to this idea by hitting the "thumbs up" button. 

We'd also recommend taking a look at its Status for more info. Any relevant updates about this will be posted there.

In case anything else comes up, don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you very much for your answer, I hope you could add this option to Spotify soon. I would love to be able to customize my home screen
