My Question or Issue

After long sessions of listening, when I switch from Phone to PC, then it always shows, that song is not playable and I am unable to continue listening where I left off. When I re-enter the playlist (losing place where I left off, very annoying on playlists with 700+ songs) I can access everything normally. Same problem when switching from PC to phone, but instead it just doesn't play at all until I re-enter the playlist or restart Spotify.

Thank you for your post in the Community. We're happy to help.

 

Can you perform a clean reinstall on both devices? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, can you log in with another account on the devices - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
