Ps4 Spotify app will not open again

I have downloaded the spotify app for ps4 and was able to use it without a problem the first day. Now all of a sudden I have not been able to progress pass the spotify logo on the black screen when launching the app. I have tried un installing and re installing but nothing has changed.

This problem still exists. As a paying user I would really appreciate it that a solution for this very annoying problem was found. Otherwise your service is fine. Spotify developers, please provide a working app for the PS4, already! I know you can do it. Thanks in advance.

When loading spotify on my Ps4 Pro only this comes up.

Nothing loads.

Everything is updaed version, checked wifi connection, reinstalled app, reintalled PS4.

Nothing works. Help please!

Try to get in touch with the PlayStation support. The problem is you probably had an old premium account that you deleted or changed the plan you were using and you never shut down your session on PSN and that's what causing the problem with connecting with the servers.
