Publicity in podcasts still being premiun

I get advertising on some podcasts even when I'm paying premium. Why?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

The add free experience with a Premium subscription is for music only. Podcasts are maintained by their creators and they can decide if they'll allow adds in the podcasts. Podcasts themselves are not monetized and adds are the revenue source for the creators.
