Samsung Gear fit 2 BT disconnected

so for about 3 months i have been unable to control spotify on my phone via my gear fit 2 because when i opened it the message "unable to start spotify bt disconnected". although i can get it to work now and then. now i have read every help topic and post and have not seen a solution in the almost year's worth of  help topics and form posts. recently through when my gear is connected to my phone and i try to use the gear spotify app it opens spotify on my phone ,but still wont connect on the watch, but the when i close the app on my phone it just opens again and again until i disconnect my watch, or i uninstall the app from my watch.
