My Question or Issue

I just tried submitting a post, but received an error message upon posting.  I'm hoping I can summarize this as detailed as before.  I have a Samsung Q950T theater system.  I have been receiving an audible announcement from the speakerbar twice daily.  It started around 8:02 AM and 8:02 PM and each time would call out "Connected to Spotify" and then again "Connected to Spotify".  This has been going on for over a month and as time passed the announcements started shifting from 8:02 to 8:03 to 8:04 and up until yesterday at 8:06 AM and 8:06 PM.  Today I was awaken at 12:40 AM and then again heard the announcement at 12:40 PM.  I can't find a setting, but need this to stop as I can't be woken up every morning at this time.  Hoping someone can help.

Thank you for your post here in the Community.

 

First we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

We also recommend that you make sure that the firmware is up to date.
