Several problems

Since a week I've been having loads of problems with both Spotify on desktop and mobile. On desktop I have the problems: Artists won't load, playlists dissappear and Spotify mentions the playlist doesn't exist, music automatically skips saying the song is "not available", and lastly the home page won't load. On mobile I have the problem that music doesn't always play and randomly stops, when I open the app there's no music bar on the bottom of the screen.

I've tried the basic solutions, but they don't seem to work: reinstalling, emptied cache, restart devices, logged in and out, disabled hardware acceleration and changed streaming quality. Restarting resolves the problemtemporary, but I'm looking for a permanent fix

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your app.

Lets see what else we can try...

 

  • Would you mind trying different accounts and networks (a mobile hot spot linked to the PC could do fine).
  • I'll also need some device setup information; brand/model/operating system
  • For the desktop device can you find out if the web player works or it's just like the app 
  • As for the missing bar on the mobile device,can you try following this thread  in order to get regular updates.
