Shazam not showing any option for Spotify Integration

My Question or Issue

Hey, I can no longer connect Spotify to Shazam. I could last time but for some reason I had revoke access. Then, some days later when I tried it again, there was nothing. Not only Spotify, but every other streaming service integrations were removed. Please help me. I use Shazam quite a lot. It would be great help.

Hi, thanks for wanting to help. I appreciate it. But thing is its still not working. I just updated Shazam and Spotify updated an hour ago. I attached a screenshot.

It seems that the screenshot hasn't been attached successfully. Would you mind trying it again?

 

You can attach it to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor and make sure to exclude any personal info from it. 

 

On another note, could you let us know if the issue persists using a different device?

Yes, the problem persists even if I use different Spotify and Shazam accounts.

Would you mind sending us the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your device along the version of Shazam you've installed?

 

On another note, we understand that you tried this with a different account, but would you mind trying it with a different device as well?

Actually last time I used a different device as well.

We know that you've already tried this, but we suggest that you reinstall both apps again. Make sure to follow these specific steps to reinstall the Spotify app. This one is more thorough than a normal one. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, we recommend contacting Shazam support directly to check if everything is fine on their end.
